Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old. It is a criminal offence in Great Britain for anyone under 18 to gamble.
- Territorial scope: These Terms apply to Players located in Great Britain using Bluefox on bluefoks.com under the UKGC licence 39335. If you access the Site from outside Great Britain, you may be subject to different terms under other licences, and you must comply with all local laws.
- Single account: You may hold only one Account for Bluefox with the Operator. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple Accounts (including under different names, emails or devices) may result in suspension, closure and, in serious cases such as fraud, confiscation of funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Registration Process and KYC
- Registration data: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested by the Operator.
- Verification: In line with UKGC requirements, the Operator must verify your identity and age before allowing you to gamble or withdraw funds. You may be asked to provide documents such as a passport or ID card, proof of address and, where appropriate, evidence of source of funds. Until verification is complete, your Account may be restricted or inaccessible.
- Ongoing checks: The Operator may perform additional KYC and affordability checks at any time during the lifetime of your Account, particularly in 2025 and beyond as regulatory expectations continue to evolve. Failure to provide requested information may result in temporary suspension or closure of your Account.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of information: You must keep your registration details up to date and notify the Operator promptly of any changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Password and access: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under your Account. You must not share your Account with any third party or allow anyone else to access the Services using your credentials.
- Loss or compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must immediately change your password and notify customer support via the contact details provided on bluefoks.com.
- Responsible gambling: You must only gamble with money you can afford to lose and are encouraged to use the safer gambling tools available on the Site (including deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion). Further details are set out in the Operator's responsible gambling information on the Site.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Rules
- Game-specific rules: Each Game available on Bluefox is provided subject to its own rules and pay tables as displayed within the Game interface. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game rules.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are determined per Game or table and are displayed within the Game or lobby. You may only place Bets within the permitted limits. The Operator may adjust stake limits from time to time in accordance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Acceptance of Bets: A Bet is deemed accepted once it is confirmed by the Operator's servers and reflected in your Account balance. If there is any discrepancy between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the latter shall prevail, subject to applicable consumer law.
- Random number generator (RNG): For non-live Games, outcomes are determined by a certified RNG designed to ensure fair and random results. The RNG and Game providers are periodically tested by independent testing laboratories in line with UKGC requirements.
Bet Cancellation and Malfunctions
- Cancellation by Player: Once a Bet has been accepted, you generally cannot cancel or amend it. Any ability to cash out, undo or otherwise modify a Bet will be clearly described in the relevant Game rules.
- Operator cancellation: The Operator may void or adjust Bets where a technical error, system failure or manifest error (including an obvious pricing or settlement mistake) has occurred. In such cases, the Operator will return the original stake to your Account and may invalidate any associated winnings.
- Malfunction clause: In the event of a Game, system or connectivity malfunction, all Bets and payouts affected by the malfunction may be void. The Operator will endeavour to act fairly and transparently and will provide information upon request.
Conduct in Games and Live Chats
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in collusion, cheating, exploitation of software bugs, use of automated systems (bots), or any other unfair or fraudulent practices. The Operator may investigate suspicious activity and, where appropriate, suspend Accounts, withhold funds and report matters to relevant authorities.
- Live casino and chat: When using live dealer Games or chat functions, you must behave respectfully, refrain from offensive, abusive or discriminatory language, and comply with any instructions given by the dealer or moderator. The Operator reserves the right to disable chat access or close Accounts in cases of serious misconduct.
- Compliance with law: You must not use the Services in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing. The Operator will apply monitoring, reporting and due diligence measures as required by UK and EU/EEA anti-money laundering legislation.
Bonus Terms
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Promotion-specific conditions: Each Bonus or Promotion offered on Bluefox is subject to specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, maximum bonus amounts and expiry dates. These details are set out in the relevant promotional description and the Bonus Policy on bluefoks.com.
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed within a specified timeframe (for example, a certain number of times the Bonus amount within a stated number of days) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements and deadlines will be clearly displayed for each Promotion and shall, in any event, not extend beyond what is reasonably necessary and fair in 2025 regulatory conditions.
- Game contributions: Different Games may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while certain table or live Games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded altogether. The current contribution table is provided in the Bonus Policy.
Prohibited Actions and Restrictions
- Bonus abuse: The Operator prohibits practices that are considered Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, low-risk betting patterns, using multiple Accounts or coordinating with other Players to exploit Promotions. Where Bonus abuse is suspected and reasonably evidenced, the Operator may cancel Bonuses, void related winnings and close or restrict Accounts in accordance with these Terms and applicable consumer law.
- Maximum Bet and conversion limits: While a Bonus is active, maximum Bet limits may apply (for example, a maximum stake per spin or game round). In addition, maximum conversion limits may cap the amount that can be converted from Bonus funds to real money. These limits are set out in the Bonus Policy and individual Promotion terms.
- Combining Promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses and Promotions may not be combined. Only one active welcome Bonus or reload Bonus may apply to a single deposit. If Promotions conflict, the Operator will apply the Promotion that was granted first, or as otherwise stated in the relevant terms.
Expiry and Cancellation
- Expiry: Bonuses and related wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the Promotion (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days from activation). Unused Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your Account.
- Voluntary cancellation: You may request that an active Bonus be cancelled. If you do so, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it that have not yet met the wagering requirements will be forfeited, while your real-money balance will remain unaffected.
- Transparency: The Operator aims to ensure that all Bonus terms are clear, fair and in line with UKGC guidance and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) principles on consumer protection.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment Methods: For Players in Great Britain, the Operator accepts selected Payment Methods such as debit cards, bank transfers and approved e-wallets, as made available on bluefoks.com from time to time. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling transactions in line with UK law. Any reference to other payment types (including cryptocurrencies) applies only where legally permitted under other licences and is not available for use under the UKGC licence 39335.
- Ownership of funds: You may only use Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may request evidence of ownership and may decline or reverse transactions where third-party payment details are used.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the Site and may vary by Payment Method. You may also set your own voluntary deposit limits as part of the safer gambling tools.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal process: You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance (subject to any pending verification checks and Bonus restrictions) via the cashier page on the Site. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same Payment Method used for deposit (closed-loop policy), subject to technical and regulatory constraints.
- Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within a few business days, although actual receipt may depend on your Payment Method and bank. Details of expected processing times are provided in the withdrawal information on bluefoks.com.
- Verification and security: The Operator may withhold processing of withdrawals until all requested KYC, source of funds or security checks have been completed. This may include verification in line with updated 2025 regulatory requirements. If you fail to provide requested information, the Operator may cancel the withdrawal and return funds to your Account pending resolution.
- Withdrawal limits and fees: Minimum and/or maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction or per period and will be displayed in the cashier. Any fees or charges applied by the Operator for withdrawals will be transparent and not excessive; details are provided before you confirm your request.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Player Fund Protection
- Refunds: Deposits used for gambling normally cannot be refunded. In exceptional circumstances (for example, a proven technical error in the payment system), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to legal requirements, process a refund or void affected Bets.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover any winnings credited to your Account from the disputed payment and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities and agencies.
- Segregation and insolvency risk: Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from the Operator's own operational funds. In accordance with the UKGC's rating system, the level of player fund protection provided by ProgressPlay Limited is classified as "medium". This means that while funds are held in a way that improves the prospects of recovery, they are not guaranteed and you may not receive all of your money back in the event of the Operator's insolvency.
Limitation of Liability

Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for any failure, interruption, delay, or technical or communication error arising from your equipment, internet connection, or third-party service providers. In cases of system malfunction attributable to the Operator, affected Bets may be voided and stakes returned as set out in these Terms.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
- Liability cap: Subject always to the paragraph below, the Operator's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the higher of (i) the amount of the Bet or transaction relating to the claim, or (ii) the total amount of deposits made by you into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the relevant incident.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in Great Britain.

That policy forms part of these Terms and you should review it carefully before using the Services.

Self-exclusion will be applied in accordance with UKGC requirements and may extend to other brands operated by ProgressPlay Limited under the same licence.
Operator Suspension and Termination
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (i) you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible; (ii) you have breached these Terms; (iii) you have engaged in fraud, Bonus abuse, money laundering or other unlawful conduct; (iv) your Account is associated with chargebacks or payment issues; or (v) required KYC or affordability checks cannot be satisfactorily completed.
- Consequences: During suspension, you may be unable to deposit, Bet or withdraw. If your Account is closed, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to a dispute, investigation or legal restriction will normally be returned to you, using a Payment Method reasonably determined by the Operator.
- Confiscation of funds: In cases of proven criminal activity, serious fraud or other conduct giving rise to a legal right to withhold funds, the Operator may retain some or all balances in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance. The Operator will act proportionately and provide an explanation where legally permissible.
- Notification: The Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any suspension or closure, stating the main reasons, unless it is prevented from doing so by law or regulatory requirements.
